How does Grengin's pricing work?
Grengin has two components: a platform subscription (flat monthly fee based on your plan) and AI usage (charged at exact provider rates with no markup).
Do you mark up AI costs?
No. You pay exactly what OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other providers charge. Our revenue comes from platform subscriptions, not from marking up AI prices.
What happens if I run out of credits?
AI requests are paused until you add more credits. Your team can still log in and access conversation history. We send warnings at $10, $5, and $1 remaining.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your prepaid credits carry over.
Can I self-host Grengin?
Yes! Grengin is open source. You can deploy it yourself, bring your own OAuth apps, and use your own AI provider API keys.
What's included in the enterprise plan?
